Designed for wine lovers of all levels, this retreat offers a full immersion: each day we will begin with a private winery tour + tasting, expert guidance through a historic town (with some surprise excursions like cooking classes or a cheesmonger visit thrown in), and end with a coursed dinner at our villa, Di Colle in Colle.
